IT projects are activities involving any of the information technologies, that are fairly complex in nature, are conducted over an extended period of time, and that usually require input and effort from several individuals. IT projects range from computer and communications hardware, software, and cabling; to wireless connections, program and system development, to procedural analysis and design; to training and equipment disposal.
