About ISA
What is International Student’s Association (ISA)?
The International Students' Association at Lincoln University is an association that works for and with international students. International students compromise of approximately 40% of Lincoln University’s community.
What does ISA do?
The association was formed to promote friendship through cross–cultural exchanges among students. Barbecues, fashion shows, dances, soccer games, out-of-town trips, and cultural highlights like the annual international festival are some of the many activities held throughout the year.
What is ISA’s mission and why?
To add an international element to the university’s community - academically, culturally and socially in order to build international understanding and integrity. ISA strives to promote the cause of internationals on campus. It also strives to bridge the gap between African American students and international students at Lincoln University. ISA is dedicated to bringing cultural integration for the international and non-international students. Additionally, the association promotes cultural awareness on campus as well as the local community. The organization encourages international friendships and the exploration of cultural and geographical diversity.
