Equipment Loan Policy

Equipment is stored and maintained in direct support of Lincoln University instructional programs and special events. Equipment may be checked out to faculty, administrators, and students for classroom presentations, individual instructional projects, and recognized events. Equipment may not be borrowed for personal, recreational use.

All loans must be made using the ATS Request Form and must be received by the ATS with 48 hours advance notice to guarantee delivery. Requests made with less notice will need to be picked up in the ATS. Requests must be signed by the responsible faculty member or administrator who is responsible for any loss or breakage and for the prompt return of equipment.

All loans to students and student organizations must be signed by the sponsoring faculty member or student organization campus advisor. Faculty members and administrators signing for equipment are responsible for any loss or breakage and for the prompt return of equipment.

All loans are subject to equipment availability.
