Charges and Pricing

ATS will charge back to departmental and office budgets any supplies and Macintosh masters used to fill media production requests. Faculty and administrators signing ATS Request Forms are authorizing the appropriate chargebacks.

All faculty and administrators must check with their department heads regarding each department's chargeback authorization policy. A list of ATS charges is available from the ATS. Prices are intended to reflect only our costs and do not include price increases.

Any purchases of supplies which cannot be charged back, such as to sororities and fraternities, must be paid for in advance. The ATS may limit such purchases due to availability of supplies. The ATS cannot make available supplies for personal use.
