& Physical Education Curricular Requirements
The Health and Physical Education program at Lincoln
University prepares students to teach health and physical education
in the school system (grades K - 12). For those students wishing
to continue their education and pursue graduate work, advising and
information are provided by the faculty advisors.
The major in Health and Physical Education at Lincoln University
is certified by the Pennsylvania Department of Education for teaching
grades K - 12 in both health and physical education. The teaching
certificate is granted upon satisfactory completion of the degree
program and requirements of the Pennsylvania Bureau of Teacher Preparation
and Certification.
