Mr. Edwards is an Assistant Professor in the Business Department at Lincoln University of Pennsylvania. In addition to having over 10 years of teaching experience, Mr. Edwards has vast experience in management and technology consulting, including design and implementation of computer information and accounting systems, organizational development studies, facilitation of strategic planning processes, fundraising, compensation, and investment consulting and analysis. He has prepared and taught numerous seminars to his peers, his clients and various groups and organizations.
Mr. Edwards received both his Bachelor of Business Administration and his Master of Business Administration degrees from Howard University and is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in the State of Maryland. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants, American Association of Accountants, American Taxation Association and Institute of Management Accountants. Mr. Edwards lectures on subjects including financial accounting, governmental/nonprofit accounting, and taxation. He has authored several articles of relevance to the industry and continues to be apprised of current industry trends by attending courses, seminars and meetings. Mr. Edwards is an avid traveler and has traveled to various foreign countries throughout Africa, Europe, the Caribbean and Latin America, seeking investment and entrepreneurial opportunities.
