Visual and Performing Arts Department Facilities

Art Studios and Campus Facilities

On the Lincoln University campus, the program is housed in Ware Center for the Arts, a building that was recently renovated, with several top-of-the-line art labs and seminar rooms. They include a Ceramic Studio, 2D/3D Design Studio, Printmaking Studio, Painting/ Drawing Studio, a high-tech lecture room, and a 16-station Mac computer lab. The International Cultural Center (ICC) gallery, The Lincoln University Collection of African Art & Material Culture and the newly opened Danjuma African Art Center serve as premier resources for research and hands-on experiential learning for our students.
