Outlook Web Access
Outlook Web Access (OWA) is the web-based interface to Lincoln's Microsoft Exchange email system. To
use OWA you must have a Lincoln University network ID and password. All new students and employees are
automatically given a network ID. If you have questions about yours, call the Help Desk at x1234.
Log in to OWA by clicking the link above. Enter your network user ID and password. Note that your
network user ID is a maximum of 20 characters in length. If the first portion of your email address
(for students it's firstname.lastname) is longer than 20 characters including the "dot", you will
need to enter only the first 20.
