Judicial Process

When a student violates a policy in our handbook, they may be asked to appear in front of the Judicial Board.  The Judicial Board is comprised of 2 faculty, 2 Directors, and 2 students.

Hearings will be held ONE night a week-Tuesdays. This effects YOU. With hearings one day a week, it may take 7 to 10 days before your case is heard.  We strive to assist all students through the judicial process in a timely, helpful, and consistent manner.

There is zero tolerance in terms of Alcohol use. If you are caught consuming alcohol, you will receive an immediate interim suspension.  Your parent (s) or guardian(s) are contacted and you are sent home despite the time of day or night.

Keep in mind, having judicial infractions may stop you from participating in certain activities such as Greek Organizations, Student Leader and RA positions, and many more.

If you need additional information, please don’t hesitate to visit or email or call:
