Faculty Meet to Assess the 8th Annual Science Conference at The Lincoln University

Faculty from the College of Science and Technology came together Tuesday, March 18, to discuss their successful Science Conference held on the previous weekend.

At the meeting, Dr. Anna Hull led science, math and health science faculty in a discussion of participant survey results from the conference; the new Supplemental Instruction program, in which upper class students are trained to serve as tutors for students in six math and science introductory courses; and the kinds of activities faculty are using in their own courses that have worked to get their students actively involved in the learning process.
