In the process, he developed and established the new company's global human resources function, strategic planning process, and global total quality program.
In 2004, Michael returned to his home base in the Philadelphia/Wilmington area where he, with partners, formed The SEER Group LLC (TSG). TSG is a market research and organization effectiveness consulting company, which specializes in assessing the total customer experience and organizational effectiveness solutions. He credits his organizational analytical ability to his years as a civil rights investigator with the EEOC, his graduate systems studies at Lincoln University, his business analysis studies at Harvard University, and the excellent senior management and leadership training he received while at HP.
