(See Bulletin) Tuition Between one and two weeks 80% Between two and three weeks 60% Between three and four weeks 40% Between four and five weeks 20% Over five weeks 0% Board A proportionate refund or reduction of charge for board will be made upon withdrawal provided that notice of withdrawal has been given to the office of Student Affairs and Enrollment Management. No refunds will be made for room, general fees, orientation, matriculation, laboratory, physical education, music fees, insurance, or other miscellaneous fees after a student has registered. Student Refund Checks Student’s financial aid funds must be provided on a student’s account and the student’s account show a credit balance before a refund can be processed. Student’s refunds are processed automatically on a weekly basis. Refunds are normally printed once a week on Fridays.
