REFUNDS
Refund Policy
Tuition is refundable only upon withdrawal of a student for other than disciplinary reasons. (See Catalog, page 39)
Tuition
Between one and two weeks 80%
Between two and three weeks 60%
Between three and four weeks 40%
Between four and five weeks 20%
Over five weeks 0%
Board
A proportionate refund or reduction of charge for board will be made upon withdrawal provided that notice of withdrawal has been given to the office of Student Affairs and Enrollment Management.
No refunds will be made for room, general fees, orientation, matriculation, laboratory, physical education, music fees, insurance, or other miscellaneous fees after a student has registered.
Student financial aid funds must be paid on a student’s account and the account has to indicate a credit balance before a refund can be processed. Refunds are processed automatically. An e-mail will be sent to your Lincoln e-mail address informing you when the refund has been processed. Starting in Fall 2012, there will be NO refund check pickup at the Bursar’s office. We advise for every student to sign up for direct deposit through Web Advisor under Financial Information in order to receive their refund. If a student opts out of direct deposit, the refund check will be mailed to his/her permanent address.
