| REVISED CONFLICT OF INTEREST AND DISCLOSURE POLICY RES334_063009 |
WHEREAS, On September 18, 1998, the Board of Trustees of Lincoln University (Board) adopted a Conflict of Interest and Disclosure Policy for the Trustees of Lincoln University and updated the policy by Resolution on September 15, 2001; and
WHEREAS, Recent changes in government reporting requirements, notably the Internal Revenue Service Form 990, necessitate an updating of the policy’s disclosures; and
WHEREAS, The Audit Committee has reviewed and approved the recommended revisions to the Conflict of Interest and Disclosure Policy; and
WHEREAS, The recommended revisions are in keeping with acceptable audit practices and reporting requirements and have been reviewed by legal counsel; therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the Board hereby approves and adopts the updated Conflict of Interest and Disclosure Policy that was drafted for signage by Lincoln University Trustees, a copy of which is attached hereto.
