WHEREAS, The Trustees, Degrees, and Nominations Committee recommend the following slate of Board officers for FY 2003-04:
Chair: Mr. Frank C. Gihan
Vice Chair: Dr. Calvin S. Morris
Secretary: Mr. Robert F. Powelson
Treasurer: Mr. Howard E. Merlin
RESOLVED, The Lincoln University Board of Trustees accepts the
slate of Board Officers for Fiscal Year 2003-04.
