| INDEPENDENT CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTING FIRM |
RESOLVED, That the Lincoln University Board of Trustees hereby
appoints the independent certified public accounting firm of Thompson,
Cobb, Bazilio and Associaties, PC to perform the examination of, and render
an opinion on, the June 30, 2003 financial statements of Lincoln University.
