Where do I report problems with classroom technology? ATS.

Where do I report facilities that are in need of repair? Physical Plant Office: Go to their website, complete a SchoolDude trouble ticket.

LOG-IN PROBLEMS
I can't log in to Moodle. Who do I call? First make sure you have followed the instructions on the Moodle log-in page. Moodle Helpline: ext. 7840 or 1-800-340-5463
I can't get into my Lincoln e-mail. IT (Information Technology): ext. 8134
My Web Advisor isn't working. Who do I call? First try re-setting your password (bottom right corner, "What is my password?"). IT (Information Technology): ext. 8134
MOODLE
Where can students get help using moodle? Ask your instructor for basic help. Check Student Resources on Moodle website. Call Moodle helpline: ext. 7840 or 1-800-340-5463.
Can I get help with teaching online?

Yes.
Call ATS extension: 7888 or see the Moodle website. In University City, contact Faculty Moodle Mentor.

MEDIA PRODUCTION
Can I get help with a PowerPoint presentation? Yes.
Call ATS extension: 7888
Is there a computer for students to do graphics? Yes. Come to ATS, 1st floor Library, for an account.
Is there a computer for students to do video editing? Yes. Come to ATS, 1st floor Library, for an account.
Where can students scan documents? 1st floor, Library. 3 scanners are available for students. ATS will assist you.
Can students fax documents? Scan and send by email or save to flash drive or phone. ATS will assist you.
SERVICE SUPPLIES CHARGES

Can I copy a rented video? No.
