15. Assessment Tools/Grading Standards, including calculations of midterm and final grades (include weights in percentages)

16. Attendance Policy (as printed in University Bulletin)

17. University Approved Integrity Statement

18. Schedule of Weekly Assignments

Faculty must include all of the above required components in the course syllabus.  Special policies established by individual faculty should be clearly noted. 

The syllabus is the contract between the professor and student.
